Yearvana Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Yearvana mobile app (the “App”), provided by inciStudio LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Who can use Yearvana

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

Guest use and accounts

You can use the App as a guest or with an account. Guest data is tied to an anonymous account on your device and may be lost if you delete the App, sign out or change devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Your content

You keep ownership of the goals, habits, moments, notes and other content you create. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the App to you. Content is private to your account unless you choose to share it, for example with the share feature.

AI suggestions

If you use AI goal suggestions, the suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. They are ideas, not professional (including medical, financial or psychological) advice. You decide what to add and act on.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the App: no attempts to access other users’ data or our systems without permission, to interfere with the service, to reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or to use it for anything unlawful.

Ending your use

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account, or Help & Support → Delete Guest Account for guests). We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the App we will try to give reasonable notice.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the App or its support.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
