Hybrite Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Hybrite mobile app (the “App”), provided by inciStudio LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Using Hybrite

You may use the App to plan your own work schedule and to coordinate with colleagues, including for your job. You must be at least 13 years old, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Guest use

Guest data is tied to an anonymous account and may be lost if you delete the App, sign out or change devices, unless you move it to an account when prompted.

Teams

When you create a team, you receive an invite code. Anyone with the code can join, and members can see each other’s names, email addresses, profile photos and schedules. Only share codes with people who should see this information, and only add information about others if you are allowed to. Team creators can delete a team.

Your content

You keep ownership of the schedule and other information you enter. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the App — including showing it to members of teams you join.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the App: no attempts to access other users’ data or our systems without permission, to interfere with the service, to reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or to use it for anything unlawful.

Ending your use

You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, and we may change or discontinue features.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
