Hybrite Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

This policy explains how inciStudio LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in the Hybrite mobile app (“Hybrite” or the “App”), which helps you plan office, home and off days, alone or with a team.

Accounts and sign-in

Data we store

To provide the App and sync it across devices, we store in Google Cloud Firestore:

Some preferences (for example dark mode and reminder day and time) are also stored on your device.

Teams

If you create or join a team with an invite code, other members of that team can see your name, email address, profile photo and work schedule, so the team can plan together. Anyone with a team’s invite code can join it, so share codes only with people you trust. You can leave a team at any time; team creators can delete a team.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App schedules a weekly reminder on your device to plan the coming week. The App also registers your device for push notifications with Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Analytics and crash reports

Hybrite has no ads and no in-app purchases. We do not sell your data or use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Why we use your data

Who we share data with

We may also disclose data if required by law.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, schedule, settings and team memberships while your account exists, and delete them when your account is deleted. Analytics and crash data are kept for the retention periods set in our Firebase project.

Deleting your account and data

Hybrite does not yet offer account deletion inside the App. To delete your account and all associated data, email info@incistudio.com from the address registered to your account. We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days. If you only used Hybrite as a guest, contact us and we will work with you to identify the data to delete. You can remove individual days from your schedule, and leave or delete teams, in the App at any time.

Your rights

Depending on the data protection laws where you live (for example the GDPR in the EU and UK), you can ask us to:

Email us to make a request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our service providers, including Google (Firebase) and, where used, RevenueCat, may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. These providers apply their own contractual and technical safeguards for such transfers.

Children

Hybrite is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will take reasonable steps to let you know before it applies.
