TimeTone Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the TimeTone mobile application (formerly TimeTempo) (“App”) operated by inciStudio LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TimeTone is a time-blocking and scheduling application that allows you to plan your daily activities, create templates, track your time, and view insights about how you spend your day.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Free Plan — the App provides basic functionality at no cost.

3.2 TimeTone Pro — we offer premium features through paid subscriptions:

• Monthly Subscription: billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
• Yearly Subscription: billed annually, auto-renews until cancelled
• Lifetime Purchase: one-time payment for permanent access

3.3 Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

3.4 Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or networks
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by inciStudio LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in the App (schedules, activities, templates). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for providing the service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inciStudio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and inciStudio LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the App. In the event of any third-party intellectual property claim, inciStudio LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, and settlement.
