TimeTone Privacy Policy

inciStudio LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the TimeTone mobile application (formerly TimeTempo) (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information — when you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In)
• User ID (automatically generated by Firebase Authentication)

We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.

1.2 User-Generated Content — when you use the App, we store the following data you create:

• Schedule blocks (time entries with start/end times, titles, descriptions)
• Activities (names, icons, colors)
• Templates and presets
• App preferences and settings

1.3 Subscription Information — if you subscribe to TimeTone Pro, we use RevenueCat to process payments. RevenueCat may collect purchase history, subscription status, and transaction receipts. We do not directly access your payment method details (credit card, etc.). All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

1.4 Automatically Collected Information — to keep the App working and to understand how it is used, we collect:

• Usage events, such as that a block was created or the paywall was shown. These carry counts and fixed labels only. The text you write — block titles, descriptions, activity and template names — is never included.
• Crash and error reports, so we can investigate problems. These are associated with your account ID so that a report you send us can be matched to the crash.
• A device identifier (Apple’s identifierForVendor), sent by RevenueCat with subscription requests.

We do not collect: location data, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or contacts, photos, and other device data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and maintain the App’s core functionality, authenticate your account, sync your schedule data across your devices, process subscription purchases, and deliver local notifications you configure. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase Authentication for account management, Firebase Firestore for schedule and settings data, and Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat for subscription management. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Your schedule data is stored under your unique user ID and is only accessible to you.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, analytics and crash reporting — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Sign-In — account authentication — policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple Sign-In — account authentication — apple.com/legal/privacy
• RevenueCat — subscription management — revenuecat.com/privacy

These services may collect limited technical data as described in their respective privacy policies. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics as described in section 1.4. Advertising features and ad personalisation are disabled in our App, and we show no ads.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data may be shared only with the third-party services listed above, solely for providing App functionality, or if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below, or by signing out and requesting account deletion. Upon deletion, all your schedule data, activities, templates, and settings will be permanently removed from our servers.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data stored in the App, export your data, delete your account and all associated data, and withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
