Inci Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the TimeTempo mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
– Email address (via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In)
– User ID (automatically generated by Firebase Authentication)
We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.
1.2 User-Generated Content
When you use the App, we store the following data you create:
– Schedule blocks (time entries with start/end times, titles, descriptions)
– Activities (names, icons, colors)
– Templates and presets
– App preferences and settings
1.3 Subscription Information
If you subscribe to TimeTempo Pro, we use RevenueCat to process payments. RevenueCat may collect:
– Purchase history
– Subscription status
– Transaction receipts
We do not directly access your payment method details (credit card, etc.). All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
We do not collect:
– Location data
– Device identifiers or advertising IDs
– Analytics or usage tracking data
– Crash reports
– Contacts, photos, or other device data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
– Provide and maintain the App’s core functionality
– Authenticate your account
– Sync your schedule data across your devices
– Process subscription purchases
– Deliver local notifications you configure
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using:
– Firebase Authentication for account management
– Firebase Firestore for schedule and settings data
– Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat for subscription management
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Your schedule data is stored under your unique user ID and is only accessible to you.

The App uses the following third-party services:

These services may collect limited technical data as described in their respective privacy policies. Firebase Analytics and advertising features are disabled in our App.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data may be shared only:
– With the third-party services listed above, solely for providing App functionality
– If required by law, regulation, or legal process
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by:
– Contacting us at the email below
– Signing out and requesting account deletion
Upon deletion, all your schedule data, activities, templates, and settings will be permanently removed from our servers.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
– Access your personal data stored in the App
– Export your data
– Delete your account and all associated data
– Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
